Mentoring

Workshop for New Teachers & Mentors

Are you a new teacher in search of a mentor? Are you a veteran teacher who is excited to share your knowledge and expertise with beginning music teachers in Michigan?

MMEA invites both new and veteran teachers to join us on Wednesday, June 21st for an afternoon workshop to celebrate and strengthen the bonds between music educators from across the state. Participants need not already be working in a mentor/mentee setting to attend. The workshop will include tools and resources for both mentors and mentees alike. While this event is FREE to all attending, registration is encouraged. Please click the link below to register for this summer’s event.
