Requirements

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Three years of experience in arts management or related areas. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with a varied and diverse array of constituents. Excellent organizational and management skills. Experience with spreadsheet, database, and page-layout applications. Basic website management skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in arts administration/management. Background in music.
